UPDATED MARKETING GROUP TIMELINE

According to the previous blog post, a few group members have been reallocated to new teams to achieve a better result. Therefore, the marketing group timeline needed to be updated as well as the PR team needed to create a new portfolio with all the updated information (additional subculture and so on). As seen below is the updated marketing group timeline.

As seen above, there has been a decrease in the total members of the marketing group. 2 of the formal marketing members were redistributed to the creative team and one of the formal creative team member was placed into the marketing team for better purposes. As seen above, the tasks have been colour coded according to the members who are going to be responsible for the task. This updated event proposal have a new colour code which is red that represents the tasks needed to be executed due to unexpected changes of the event. Besides, a few new tasks have been added as well such as liability contract and press release for the event. Workshop request letter needed to be created as well on week 10 as the workshop was a decision made to avoid the risk of not getting any sponsors providing financial support to the event, long story short, a Plan B for the marketing team if they can't get the expected amount of sponsors.


This marketing group timeline is important for the team to make sure that everything is on tack.
