Yoke & Theam's booth on event day
Haevguts booth on event day
After ending the first event day, the organizers had an early meeting on the second day of the event to raise concerns that the team members have encountered or realised from day 1 of the event.
Problem on the first event day:
1) Not much crowd were visiting the sponsor's booth, especially Yoke & Theam. The reason behind it was there's a last minute changes in the floor plan. On last agreement, there wasn't any subculture booths or props located infront of Yoke & Theam's booth. However, on the event day, the contemporary religion subculture's booth was located infront of Yoke & Theam's booth. This had raise the concern of the marketing team as it would affect the sales of Yoke & Theam and might leave a bad reputation of Malaysian Youth Now's organizer for not being professional.
Action:
The marketing team had discussed with the production team and agreed on moving certain props away so it doesn't block the way to Yoke & Theam's booth. On second day's meeting, the organizers have all agreed that the person in charge of explaining the booth to the visitor should bring the visitors to the sponsor's booth as well and introducing them to the sponsors. Hence, the sponsor would benefit through this event.
Thank You,
Renee Wong
