An event proposal was created for all teams to ensure a smooth process while planning the event. This proposal contains the event details and can be used for many purposes, whether is it to request for sponsorship, invite media, photographer, designers, event confirmation and so on. As seen below is the event proposal created. To let clients or other people have a better picture of the event, creating a presentation slide of the event proposal is a better way for the other party to visualize the concept of the event.
As seen below is the event proposal drafted before the event proposal slide was created as it will be easier for the PR team to create the slide based on the information listed in the draft.

INTRODUCTION
Malaysian Youth Now is a fashion exhibition organized by final year students of International Fashion Business and Fashion Design at Raffles College of Higher Education, Kuala Lumpur.
EVENT BACKGROUND
The purpose of the event is to celebrate the Malaysian youth subculture through local creative communities such as fashion, photography and art. This exhibition is a great opportunity to bring the creative industry to new heights and acts as a platform for artists, designers, photographers and aspiring young artist to express their interpretation of the Malaysian youth subculture with their individual talents. Hence, this exhibition is a chance for the public to re-imagine and view the Malaysian youth subculture through different perspectives. Collections from local fashion designers will be featured and styled to showcase the fashion, lifestyle and appearance adopted by the subcultures. This exhibition will be an ‘Instagrammable’ event with interactive and fun props professionally set up to artistically showcase the Malaysian subcultures and allow the visitors to experience a contemporary fashion and art exhibition. Visitors are allowed to take as much picture as they can and upload it on their social media account and #wearemalaysianyouth as there will be a best picture competition with selected winners. Other than that, all participants will have a chance to enroll themselves for a lucky draw with prizes to be won. There will also be a few interactive games activities for attendees to engage in during the event.
OBJECTIVES:
1) To celebrate the uniqueness of Malaysian youth subcultures through different creative platforms.
2) To provide an opportunity for the local creative community to showcase their creative talents.
3) To showcase different interpretation or perceptions towards the Malaysian youth culture.
4) To enhance and implement industry professional skills among students.

Expected number of participants: 800 participants
Targeted audience: Art and fashion enthusiast young adults ( 18-30 years)

Main subcultures featured: Hijabster, Minimalist, Gamer, Clubber, Hip Hop
Designers: Pearly Wong, Kit Woo, Joe Chia, Nerd Unit, Pestle & Mortar, Kittie Yiyi and more (to be confirmed)
