EVENT PROPOSAL

Updated: Dec 20, 2018

For this blog post:

PR team member: Renee Wong

An event proposal was created for all teams to ensure a smooth process while planning the event. This proposal contains the event details and can be used for many purposes, whether is it to request for sponsorship, invite media, photographer, designers, event confirmation and so on. As seen below is the event proposal created. To let clients or other people have a better picture of the event, creating a presentation slide of the event proposal is a better way for the other party to visualize the concept of the event.

As seen below is the event proposal drafted before the event proposal slide was created as it will be easier for the PR team to create the slide based on the information listed in the draft.
