The 3rd batch of sponsorship request to be the event's supporting sponsors through contributing the Gold Sponsorship Package was done a few days after sending the 2nd batch. As seen below are the brands chosen and handled by the writer throughout the whole process of inviting the brands to be the event's sponsor. As mentioned in previous posts, there are more brands not mentioned in this blog which are handled by the other PR team member as tasks are split in between 2 person as it'll be more time efficient and easy to handle as well. Imagine a person sending, handling, replying and sourcing for 150 sponsors which the PR team have managed to source and sent 150 request letter at this moment.

The write have sourced for multiple food & beverage company such as Tealive, Gong Cha, RGB cafe and Mykori Dessert Cafe in this batch of sponsor. These are a few brands that frequently have their brand collaborate with other partner to drive sales. Besides, the writer manage to discover a few swimwear brands both international and local besides Pink & Proper. Swim Saic is swimwear brand known for its quality, tailoring and unique fabric printing. Among all of the swimwear brands, Swim Saic's product have the highest price point. Besides, a new category which is beauty center was targeted as well because these beauty centers do love to distribute vouchers, promoting free first trial and so on to get customers to try out their service. Therefore, the write targeted Beaute Library which have been booming in Malaysia. Furthermore, Yoga Space was discovered through Instagram where they conduct yoga classes and sell cork yoga mats which is something rare and sustainable! Therefore, the writer decided to reach out to them and enquire if Yoga Space would like to loan their yoga mats for the event as well as sponsoring vouchers for their classes. Lastly, Rojak Culture is a social enterprise who sells localized deck of cards. The deck of cards contains Malaysian essence, local humour to celebrate and be proud of being a Malaysia. Therefore, Rojak Culture is a perfect brand to represent the Malaysian youth culture.
Thank You,
