Website and consumer journey is extremely important to customers as the business model is still a new thing in Malaysia and customers are not aware of the procedure, terms and conditions about it and this could be the reason for not trying out the rental service as they might have concerns and unclear information. Hence, the website of Aster + Luna needs to be user friendly, understandable, quick and easy.
