The reason why the author published a short film is to show diversity and prove her capability and understandings of working on different shoots and sets as a fresh graduate. As seen below is the page after clicking on "Short Film" in the menu bar.
Currently, there is only one video, hence this video filled up the whole space of the page. If there were to be a better video in future, this video might be resized into a smaller display either on the side or bottom, depends. As mentioned, the audience doesn't need to locate anything button to as the layout is very much self explanatory and simple.
As seen above, the details and acknowledgements have been done by listing down the production team members and crews' name.
As seen above is the behind the scenes photos of the short film. The reason why the author had added these photos is to let the audience have a greater look at the styling, details and sets as it can't really be seen through the video because it's constantly moving and changing. The styling of this short film is based on the elements from literature materials, movies and music assigned to her and her team from her lecturer.
Styling was based on
1) Tsukuru Tazaki's character from "Colourless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage", novel by Haruki Murakami.
2) Sylvia Plath's as a poet herself
3) Raimunda's persona from the movie Volver
4) Little Price's futuristic elements in the story
5) Mussorgsky, the musician himself
6) Offred's story from The Handmaid's Tale
Asides from styling, the story line was also thought through from scratch with her team members.
